At Frying Chapman we have been serving proper traditional fish and chips since 2001, and we are hugely proud to open our new licensed restaurant in Tallinn. We love frying-up our nations favourite meal and we won't compromise. We use only the best and freshest ingredients, obtained locally where possible. We buy all our fish from sustainable sources and we even know the name of the trawler that caught it. Our spuds are carefully selected throughout the year, and we taste every batch to get the best possible bag of chips.
